founder, owner, and operator of m/v Storm and all of our Expeditions.  Scott has been a leader in SCUBA, Filming, Exploration, and Expeditions for over 25 years in Mexico.  He is an IANTD Scuba Instructor Trainer working world wide and written many training standards and materials for cave diving, advanced cave diving, rebreathers, and specialty diving.  In the Maritime world he has managed and operated Charter Vessels.  He holds a Commercial Masters Captains License with the US Coast Guard and is a Master Marine Surveyor.  Scott is hands down the most experienced  Documentary Film Logistics and Dive Safety Supervisor in Mexico.  Scott's knowledge of Baja California, its wildlife, its oceans, its communities, and the way to make it all work to get results is unsurpassed.

is the captain of m/v Storm.  Originally from Baja California Sur he has been on the ocean for over the last 40 years, first on commercial fishing vessels before switching to tourism.  Olegario operates with great experience the Revillagigedos, Guadalupe, and the Sea of Cortez.  Everyone who has traveled has been aware of the hard work dedication he puts into our Custom Expeditions.  His is a difficult task as all our trips are different, we (luckily) dont operate Storm on a constant cookie cutter "standard" trip like the rest.  Come aboard and meet Olegario and see the difference his experience makes.

is our SCUBA instructor and guide aboard on many dive trips.  You will see that Ernesto often has a camera in his hands, he is an accomplished photographer, videographer, and drone pilot.  Ernesto is responsible for a bulk of our photos on our social media but additionally has worked on numerous productions and documentaries over the last decade.  Ernesto is fluent in both his Native Spanish and English.  He is much more than just our "DiveMaster", he is a highly specialized and dedicated diver and instructor.  Ernesto is an IANTD Technical Cave Instructor, Sidemount Instructor, DPV Instructor, rebreather diver, gas mixer, to name a few.

was born in Colombia where she studied communications with emphasis in audiovisual production. She has experience in the cultural field organizing and coordinating projects and festivals with groups, additionally managing social networks and web content. In 2020 she joined us in Baja to focus professionally on tourism. She has experience in many different diving and environmental interpretation areas. Aboard Storm she has participated in several expeditions to guide groups in different points of the Gulf Islands, doing hiking, marine life sighting and diving.
